  2. 2. There are days that can be off to a good start and through no fault of one’s own gradually gets worse.
  3. 3. We are surrounded by so many different personalities on a daily basis. The key is not to allow oneself to become bombarded with too much stuff.
  4. 4. Peace Here are a few tips for maintaining one’s inner peace.
  5. 5. • Think before you talk (yes even in the heat of any moment). • Take a quick walk outside and just look at the nature (if you have it). • Find one person to trust and allow yourself 5 minutes to vent ( no more or it may turn into a pity party, not a good thing at work). • Remember that it is not always about you (hard pill to swallow).
