  • 3. Meaning of thinking functionThinking function is a rationalprocess of understandingreality, implications, causes andeffects in a logical andanalytical way. It is systematic,evaluates truth, and is objectiveto the extent that evaluation isbased on personal intelligenceand comprehension. Thinkingis the opposite to Feeling

  • 5. Convergent and Divergent thinking
  • 6. •Convergent thinking tends to movetoward a single solution to a problem, and involves the generation of multiple ideas that are of the same general category. •Divergent thinking, it involves the generation of many ideas that are qualitatively divergent from one another. Divergent thinking is widely considered to be an important antecedent to creativity because creative solutions are defined as unique or original in nature.

How to think positively When you think positive, you tend to act positive. •Think of the situation in a wishful, fantastic sense. •Think beyond sensible, beyond practical and feasible. •Just think about what would be really nice or simply interesting. •Think playfully, as a child. •Be wishful, wistful, wonderful.

Determine what you value •The more important a value is, the higher it will be on your hierarchy of values and the more discipline andorder you will have associated with it. •The less important a value is, thelower it will be on your hierarchy of values and the less discipline andmore disorder your have associated with it.

When it comes tofocusing on what it will take to make you happy in your career, you need to discover what truly drives your ambitions. Is it money? Is it title? Is it freedom? Is it creativity? Is it routine? Finding out what truly makesyou wake up each morning and embrace the day with vigor, courage and yes, desire will help you towards reaching and succeeding in your career goals.
