This is a interdisciplinary project where we are using physic and math in order to prove whether the jump made in the video was actually possible or whether it was a result of camera trickery, using a video of a jump.
In my opinion the video is fake.
I do not really think that the velocity in which the car was in the take of was enough (40 mph or 17 meters per second) specially to make a 360º jump in a car at a distance of 15.86m.
Although in my calculation is show that the distance should be a lot more than the actual it is actually possible since before doing the jump there were several tries and studies in order to make the calculations.
According to my calculations the car went pretty hing during the jump.
There is also a original tape made before editing the movie in which it proves that the jump actually happen and they did it just once.
Also the deepness of the ramp is high enough for the car to go high and have time to make the spiral jump, and the velocity wasn't fast but since the ramp was high was enough.
