  • 2. Nature doesn’t rely on the lone Hero
  • 3. It knows you need a surplus to survive!
  • 4. We want to create a surplus of these 3 things
  • 5. We need more Curiosity
  • 6. How does it..? But why..? What’s that?nom! nom! 0-2 yrs 2-3 yrs 3-4 yrs 5+ yrs Our natural state is to be curious
  • 7. Awwh! Isn’t that cute? There is a gap in my knowledge.I must ask questions. Where do we go when we die? Why do I have to sleep? How are babies made? Were dinosaurs alive when you were little? Curiosity creates questions which creates curiosity
  • 8. I’m feeling so STOP! overwhelmed. For the love of God! Stop asking me so many questions! What didI do wrong? What if asking questions is not reinforced?
  • 9. If I can just tune out the stuff I don’t know, maybe I won’t ask so many questions.We stop being curious about the world around us.
  • 10. We need more Empathy
  • 11. I’ll never get through all this!Teacher...I’m You’ll have hungry! to wait. why? Because I said so! oh. Too often our needs are not considered important
  • 12. Great job!Hmm? If I just do I don’t matter.what they want, I’ll be ok! Rewards are used to encourage ‘good’ behaviour...
  • 13. Whatever happened, you probably deserved it! Now hurry up! Waaahh!We become overly focused on meeting our own needs
  • 14. We need more Imagination
  • 15. My fortress Hah! Your tower is no will soon be match for Super Smash Gal!indestructible.Imagination and play allows us to explore possibilities
  • 16. Aaaaagh!! Would you everUurgh! I am grow up??? a zombie! But...we inevitably cross an invisible line
  • 17. Ground. Swallow me up! C’mon Mom! You be the Black Knight.We become afraid to do anything that might seem ‘foolish’
  • 18. Who am I to get involved? There’s nothing I can do. That’s just how it is.We end up believing that we cannot change the world
  • 19. So that’s what it feels like!Let us all foster curiosity
  • 20. Wow! I guess you’re Hand over wanting respect?your money! Let us all build empathy
  • 21. I thought I’d make a model to convey how we will crush our competition in the 3rd Quarter.Let us use a little more imagination
