3. Linda Ricks, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Linda Ricks has been providing the finest endodontic care to the Naperville community for more
than 15 years. She attended Howard University where she obtained a D.D.S. degree in 1985. After
practicing general dentistry for 5 years, Dr. Ricks returned for specialty training at the University of Iowa.
Dr. Ricks completed a Fellowship in Oral Maxillofacial Radiology and received a certificate in Endodontics
and a Master's of Science Degree in Endodontics in 1993.

Root Canal Treatment: Root canal therapy is needed when the nerve of a tooth is affected by decay,

trauma to the tooth, deep decay, cracks and chips, or repeated dental procedures.
