Fantastic presentation. I am working on all of this thru my venture VRWorkplace. I’m a US atty, HR consultant, former IT outsourcing exec and believe VW to be a substantial bridge between cultures and a way to replicate what I call the 'spontaneous hallway meeting' (i.e. the real way work gets done) in the context of a global workplace. Perhaps a tree is just as good a metaphor. Leaves could change colour and gently tumble down to the ground as you approach, based on your interests.
