RoomSuggestion is a travel website founded to present luxurious hotel suites and elegant rooms to an exclusive user base. We think that many luxury travellers have little idea about how nice some hotel suites and rooms are in London, Paris, Barcelona, Rome and other big cities. Our user base can actually book your suites, if they know more features about them. That's why we are bringing an opportunity to hotels to introduce their suites at RoomSuggestion.com. Most hotel suites are empty, especially in low season as potential leisure guests don't really know the beauty inside. We can help hotels to overcome that problem.

  • 2. What’s RoomSuggestion?  RoomSuggestion is a travel website founded to present luxurious hotel suites and interesting rooms to an exclusive userbase. Our content includes various aspects of travel under the following themes: Luxury Suites, Rooms with a View, Stylish Travel and Exceptional Experiences.  Few travel websites focus on hotel rooms and suites whereas we write articles about them. We also get contribution from our users and highlight their good experiences in a section called ‘Exclusive Hotel Rooms’. Please note that we organize articles, visuals and users reviews in a proper fashion for each hotel and display user reviews with FIRE principles (fair, interactive, reliable, easy to write and read).  Our focus is on luxury hotels as upmarket travellers put more emphasis on hotel room details. Our target visitor age is 25+. Female users visit us slightly more than men. 2
  • 3. ‘One-stop Shop’ Solutions For Users Content: We publish informative articles about niche aspects of travel. Our visitors like the insight we bring under the following themes: Luxury Suites, Rooms with a View, Stylish Travel and Exceptional Experiences. Exclusive Hotel Rooms: These days, more travellers want to make smarter choices about their hotel rooms. They need a reliable and fair guide as RoomSuggestion serves for that purpose with the contribution of its selective user base. Booking Facilities: ‘Special Offers’ bring good value to our users. Booking.com, Expedia and more are partners with us. 3 Pre Check-in Concierge (PCC): Through RoomSuggestion PCC services, our users get in touch with hotels for their upcoming stays prior to hotel arrival and get their plans confirmed such as sightseing arrangements, event tickets, restaurant reservations and more before check-in time.
  • 4. We Make Life Easier For Hotels  It’s not easy for most hotels to keep hotel suites always full, especially in low season. We know that luxury travellers need to see more pictures and read more about hotel suites in order to change their long-standing habits.  RoomSuggestion helps hotels in their marketing and PR efforts. We publish descriptive hotel articles at RoomSuggestion when hotels want to participate with their choice of relevant, interesting and informative content.  Hotels provide their reservation URL’s to us and we offer them to our users at RoomSuggestion page of any participating hotel as a free service.  Pre Check-in Concierge service enables hotel guests to send their early requests to hotels through RoomSuggestion before they arrive. Hotel departments receive RoomSuggestion emails per each guest request and keep track of them easily in an organized fashion using our website free of charge. 4

I) Creative Content is King  Our research and experience showed that even some well-known luxury hotels hardly always work full capacity and need some extra PR and marketing, especially when it comes to selling their exclusive suites.  RoomSuggestion helps hotels in their PR and Marketing efforts. You can find many informative articles that would present luxurious suites/rooms and hotel facilities like spa, restaurants, wedding facilities.  We also work with tourism authorities of holiday destinations to show the attractive parts of that destination to the world through RoomSuggestion.com. 5
  • 6. II) Exclusive Hotel Rooms 6  These days, more travellers want to make smarter choices about their hotel rooms. They need a reliable and fair guide as RoomSuggestion serves for that purpose with the contribution of its selective user base.  Based on credentials we use to measure the performance including the Room Rating, few selective hotels are listed as ‘Suggested’ and some others are listed as ‘Alternatives’.
  • 7. III) Room Reviews with FIRE Principles 7  Fair: Travellers writing negative reviews in other websites mostly have problems with the rooms and rate hotels unjustly low. So, we decided they should rate the rooms only! Users are free to add hotel reviews in the comment box, which will not affect the room rating.  Interactive: Hotels can answer room reviews immediately after the review is written because our system automatically sends emails to hotels. Message exchanges between hotels and users are limitless.  Reliable: Our special software detects fake reviews written to give a bad name to competitors. Unusually frequent and negative reviews from a single IP address are found and cancelled automatically.  Easy to use: Unlike at Tripadvisor, users can find room reviews of a hotel in less than 5 seconds with a simple search. Our exclusive userbase participated with their room reviews which we organize by FIRE principles.

IV) Booking Facilities Without Limits  At ‘Special Offers ‘section of RoomSuggestion, visitors of our website benefit from our special rates offered for exclusive hotels stays in various parts of the world.  We work with reputable reservation providers such as Expedia and Booking.com, well-known by all hotels in the world. We continue to increase the number of our partners in a selective fashion. 8 When hotels sign-up at RoomSuggestion, we insert their own reservation URL to the RoomSuggestion page of the participating hotel and direct our website users to hotel reservation page (free of charge). Hotel sign-up can be done at the bottom of our main page.
  • 9. V) Pre Check-in Concierge (PCC)  PCC service enables guests to send their early requests to hotels through RoomSuggestion before they arrive to the hotel. All of the fields on the form are mandatory to complete for users (hotel guests).  Once a hotel signs-up at RoomSuggestion for PCC services, it can select the main categories and sub categories of PCC services that it will provide to their arriving guests. Guest requests will come to hotels based on these categorical selections and nothing unselected will create a workload for the hotel.  During PCC sign-up, hotels are asked to provide different email addresses for each main category department such as concierge, spa, business center, reception. Guest requests will directly go to the correct department to be handled on time. 9 Most hotels do not prefer to share their email addresses on the web and it is difficult for upcoming hotel guest to reach the correct hotel department.

V) Pre Check-in Concierge (cont’d) Benefits of PCC  Hotels have the opportunity to take care of guest requests in advance avoiding any last minute pressure and guest dissatisfaction.  Each department keeps track of guest requests easily in an organized fashion using our website.  RoomSuggestion emails notify hotels for each guest request making it difficult for the hotel representatives to to miss the request.  Multiple message exchanges are allowed between the guest and the hotel for each request until the confirmation goes out from the hotel. 10

Competitors  Few travel websites focus on hotel rooms and suites.  Requests sent by arriving guests via email are not organized by any webservice we know.  There is an unfair rating system at Tripadvisor and most other websites.  They do not have any mechanism to detect fake reviews. Their control system is loose.  It’s difficult to search and find independent room reviews in other websites. RoomSuggestion  We give tips for exclusive hotel rooms in various parts of the world. We publish descriptive articles on suites.  Pre Check-in Concierge organizes early requests of arriving hotel guests in a decent way rescuing hotels from too many email exchanges.  We publish user reviews with FIRE principles. Our focus is on the website content and we are selective about reviews which we receive from an exclusive userbase.  Our software detects fake reviews written to give a bad name to competitors . Unusually frequent and negative reviews from a single IP address are cancelled instantly.  Anybody can find independent room reviews of a hotel in less than 5 seconds with a simple search at RoomSuggestion. 11
