Set up a public profile which can be edited / updated at any time going forward. Be detailed and complete 100% including a photo. 3. Grow your network! Invite others and be invited to join other networks! 4. Join groups. 5. Create a company profile for your company (followers). 6. Create a group for your company. 7. Search for talent.
