Stealth Mission:
You must know the enemy as well as you know yourself, By this you must understand the value of your competitor twitter followers, For example: are your competitor twitter follower more likely to be potential leads or potential customers for your product or service. RoiFocus was able to target neil patel owner of quicksprout and begin the process of mission: Steal Twitter Follower. Step 1: Find The Competitor Latest Post
The first step to stealing your Competitor’s twitter followers, you have to find the latest post that was posted on your Competitor’s blog. For example the latest post that neil patel post on quicksprout was “How to Optimize a Landing Page” . I saw that the latest post that was neil written received over 320+ twitter shares. And for us that mean that we will have around 200+ potential twitter follower’s that will share and re tweet our own future blog post that related to seo, social media, start up.

Step 2: Find The Twitter Share button
Now that we know that neil patel post generate over 300+ twitter share for neil latest post. We then have an estimate on how many new highly targeted twitter followers we will have. Now what you will have to do is find the twitter button, Usually located below the you find below the article or the sidebar. And Now we just have to click the numbers by the twitter share button. That will redirect us to twitter. And we will have a list of all the 300+ twitter followers who share that article ! Pretty awesome right.

Step 3: Redirection

Now that you click the number by the twitter share button, you will now be redirected to the twitter page. Where you will find all the followers/people who shared that article and you now have the power to steal those followers : ) and make them follow you. Now what I would do is follow the 300+ people that shared the article But you most remember that only around 15% of the 300+ followers will follow you back.

  • back.
  • But wait! There’s more… Obviously since you are going to be manually following/interacting with the Twitter users, you want to get the most out of your efforts. Instead of just blindly following these people, click on the ten most recent tweets from your competitors account, and only follow the people who retweeted or favorited their tweets. You’ll quickly realize that 80% of the retweets come from 20% of the accounts. That means the promoters and influencers (the people you REALLY want to follow/check out your account, because they are the ones who will likely promote your site) can be directly found through this method. Do this over the course of a week… constantly following the people who retweeted them. What you’ll find is that a good 50% or so of those people will follow you back, click on your profile link, and even end up sharing your content.
  • This is literally like cold traffic hitting your site, and instantly following you, retweeting your tweets, and promoting your website over social media, at no cost to you. Similarly, this is building your network of relevant “influencers” and will help you in the future. I used to get basically no engagement on twitter at all. This screenshot is from maybe 20 minutes of work… maybe. Since these people are incredibly targeted, they will fall in love with your content, they will share it, and you will make a lifetime connection. All for what? A measly follow on twitter — because you were able to find the most laser-targeted traffic online. Basically, this method allows you to get in contact with the people that will love your content. No more “spamming” forums or other locations trying to find the holy grail of traffic. It’s amazing how quickly you go from being called a spammer to being graciously thanked for your awesome content, when you are promoting it to the right people. I hope you can learn from this article that will a little bit of strategic thinking
