  • 9. PM-7 Machine Process Details Sil Hydraulic Headbox  Where many of the important paper properties are determined. Press Section Removal as much water as possible from the paper wet and compresses it. Wet pressing less a significant affect on paper properties(when the paper wet strength is good).
  • 10. Dryer Section Water is removed from the paper by evoporation In dryer roll saturated steam is used There are 43 dryer rolls out of which 31 at predryer 12 at postdryer rolls. Vacuum Roll Water is removed from the paper by Vacuum pressure. There are 18 vacuum Rolls
  • 11. Sizer The starch is applied on the both the side of paper to give properties for printing and writing paper. Steam consumption are achived
  • 12. Soft Calender Roll Give surface properties like gloss, smoothness 2 sidedness monitoring & calliper profile. The machine is equipped with one heated cylinder and one (ACR) Adjustable Crown Roll.
  • 13. “D” Reel It provide smooth reeling technique Winder The winder cut the reel into smaller rolls according to customer order.
