Testing and QA – Providing a FOB product price quote. TCR directly negotiates with the supplier and provides a competitive TCR bid. Expertise – If price and quality parameters are acceptable by the client, TCR instructs the manufacturer to produce an Sourcing appropriate sample prototype for approval.
