  3. 3. We are a national leader in the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy treatment for children and teens.
  4. 4. Treatment services are directed by board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrists who are on-site daily.
  5. 5. Our program is managed by a certified recreation therapist with over 20 years experience in psychiatric and residential settings.
  6. 6. Our high staff to patient ratios ensures that the highest quality treatment is provided in the most personal way.
  7. 7. Group therapy focuses on problem resolution and healthy decision-making.
  8. 8. Individual sessions focus on coping skills, family communication and challenges residents to take ownership of their recovery.
  9. 9. Our on-campus education center is staffed by certified teachers who work directly with students and their school.
  10. 10. Family education is an important part of treatment, as parents learn about the illness, its consequences and how to support their child during recovery.
  11. 11. Art therapy provides a vehicle to increase self-awareness and encourage expression of feelings.
  12. 12. Our ropes and challenge program helps develop critical decision-making skills and increase personal responsibility and self-awareness.
  13. 13. Adventure-based therapies assist residents in exploring communication, cooperation and problem solving skills in a variety of on-and off-site experiences.
