Being strong does not mean that you can managetaking on this journey alone, it means you can manage asking for help when you need it.There are good willed people that will notice your struggles without you having to say a word. Theywill read your body language, understand your tone, and actually listen when you speak. As goodnatured people are not preoccupied themselves with whether or not they are having a great day, ratherthey embrace every day making it a better day for the loved ones around them.Good Natured PeopleYou may have met these good natured people on the streets, at your jobs, or even in your own homes. These good natured people have been there for you on countless occasions when you needed themmost. It is almost as if they are modern day super heroes fighting to help you in your struggles whileremaining equipped with all the necessary tools needed to combat pain. The good natured super heroesremain in plain sight for everyone to see; it just takes knowing where to look. One of my personal alltime heroes was my mother; she truly was the nicest person I have ever met. She gave me life, fed meaffection, and she did everything solely out of the good nature of her heart.Who They AreThough a good natured person is not only family members; they are the teachers, coaches, and sobersupports that you will meet through the program that have always wanted the very best for you.Remember the tutors that helped you pass your exams, the cross guards who stopped you from walkingout into traffic as a child and the lunch ladies that made sure your daily food was safe. These heroeshave been and always will be ready to help a person in need. When you meet these good natured peopledo not be nervous about accepting their help, instead be humbled by their ability to retain such a nobleoutlook.“Strength is not defined by one’s weakness but rather by the integrity of their morals.”It must be such a wonderful sensation to have the disposition of these good natured people whosemission is to support the goals of the people around them. At Lifescape Solutions, we believe in thegood nature of people and we encourage their mission to help others in need through substanceabuse treatment. If we did not believe in these good natured people then we would not have so many of them employed hereat our humble organization. There truly is no person better suited to help someone down the long road to recovery than anindividual who can remain positive even in the darkest of times.
