  3. 3. The Sun and Nuclear Energy <ul><li>The most powerful object in our entire solar system is power by nuclear power. </li></ul><ul><li>Nuclear Power from the sun is used to generate electrical energy for many cities and countries today. </li></ul>
  4. 4. The Beginning <ul><li>The nuclear age began in December 2, 1942 at the University of Chicago when Enrico Fermi made a chain reaction in a pile of uranium. </li></ul><ul><li>This began the Nuclear age and was a giant step towards making nuclear energy the energy of the future </li></ul>
