At that time, we would print the survey to be delivered to participants upon training completion. Afterwards, collection and manually input were needed. With the accelerate growth and excellence pattern of Deloitte, the training session volume increased which made the paper way of collecting data impossible. We knew we had to find an easier way of doing such evaluations--that’s when we found out about SurveyMonkey and started evaluating our trainings online. As you may understand, this allowed us to gain extra time and use it to develop strategies for improvement.The Employee Evaluation and Performance Department also uses SurveyMonkey, among other Deloitte Departments.
