  • Participant Roles & Responsibilities
    • Read the assigned chapter material IN ADVANCE
      • Come to the meetings prepared to discuss the material (and have all study materials available)
    • Post questions about the material online
      • User Group will be developed for posting messages to study group members.
      • Get your questions answered
    • Volunteer to facilitate a study session
    • Let the facilitator know if you’re going to miss a session
  • Facilitator Roles & Responsibilities
    • You do not need to be a CBAP® to facilitate the sessions
    • Record participant attendance
    • Deliver ‘training’ in a virtual or face-to-face setting
      • Training includes:
        • Review of chapter material
        • Administration of hands on exercises and practice exams
  • Study Session Logistics
    • Facilitator reviews the assigned chapter material
      • Brisk pace
      • Open forum to ask questions and discuss
      • Facilitator can end a discussion due to time constraints or content not applicable to material

    • 150 multiple choice questions
      • Guessing is unlikely to get the right answer; often two of the choices will seem likely to be correct, and it takes knowing the BABOK ® to know which one is actually correct
      • Practice exams are helpful. BAMentor, Watermark Learning and Inquestra offer IIBA endorsed training and practice exams.
