  • 2. People Use Colour
    • -In India woman wear bright saris to brighten India because India is really brown.
    • -In India people wear certain colour to show their position EG priests, warriors, merchants and untouchables.
    • -In India people wear bright colours to show/give colour.
  • 3. People Use Colour
    • In our school teachers wear bright jackets so people can see them.
    • Rugby players and supporters wear colour for identity, they show which team they are supporting/playing.
  • 4. People Respond to colour
    • In India colour is joy
    • Children respond to bright colours EG red orange yellow
    • In Brazil colour is joy
    • Thugs hang out in dark places
    • Red and Black make you look powerful
  • 5. People Use Colour
    • If you don’t like the colour your wearing you may feel/look sick
    • In India without colour its sorrow
    • In India everything is brown EG skin, brown landscape, houses, so they painted the houses bright colours.
    • In India a white turban means you are an untouchable and people ignore you
  • 6. People respond to colour
    • If your on the streets and the traffic lights tell you to stop or go depending on the colour EG red=stop green=go orange=slow down
    • In India if a warrior wears a pink/green turban you must bow down to him
  • 7. People Respond To Colour
    • If your in your car and you see flashing blue and red lights behind you then you must pull over because its either a police or an ambulance
    • Selaron painted the stairs red and yellow after nobody came,red is photogenic so it was photographed
  • 8. Our Knowledge Of Colour Impacts Our World
    • In the Hindu religion colour has meaning EG Blue=nothingness White=sacrifice
    • In India colour is joy
    • In India without colour it’s sorrow
