  • 3. What is a Mid Lifer?
It’s a state of mind, not an age
    Your habits are set
    but may change
    You know what you like
    and what you don’t like!
You may have a young family (second time around?)
or your kids may have left home …
You said there’d never be a generation gap between you and your kids
    but there is!
  • 4. What is a Mid Lifer?
A Mid Lifer is someone who is probably aged from their mid 30s up to those people who aren’t quite ready for the Saga experience just yet – but remember, it’s a state of mind not an age!
(my 68 year old friend who goes to Glastonbury every year would definitely consider herself to be a Mid Lifer – and not at the upper end!)
  • 5. What’s left to achieve?
Some Mid Lifers think that ‘it’s all downhill from here’
    Nothing more to be achieved
    Midlife crisis land …
Others recognise that ‘the best is yet to come!’
  • 6. Recognise the opportunities
    Assess your position
What do you want to achieve?
    Realistically, what can you achieve?
What’s stopping you from doing what you really want to do?
    Need advice and guidance?
