WOODManaging DirectorMichael has extensive experience as a Senior Executive (COO, EVP, VP/GM) for Consumer Electronics (CE) chipand software companies, including 13 years of general and operations management, product and marketing strategy,IP portfolio management, systems/software architecture and technology commercialization. His track record ofsuccess includes growing revenue, market share and profit at multiple companies ranging from early stage venturesto Fortune 100.With deep expertise in the CE ecosystem and infrastructure, Michael has held leadership roles at Spatializer AudioLabs (COO/EVP Business Development) where he was in charge of all IP licensing operations, product, andtechnology roadmap; Zoran Corporation (VP/GM – Home Entertainment) where he grew revenue 3x and increasedmarket share 50% and raised margin 50%; and C-Cube Microsystems, where he established the company as themarket leader in video compression devices for the CE market. GOLDSMITHDirector – Media & Entertainment Industry VerticalMr. Goldsmith is an experienced broadcast, film and TV executive with over 25 years in the Hollywood Entertainmentcommunity. He supervised or produced hundreds of hours of programming including “Shogun,” “Max Headroom,”“Perfect Strangers,” and “She’s The Sheriff,” and as senior manager/creative affairs specialist, headed upprogramming operations for Grant-Tribune Productions, Lorimar Television, Gaylord Productions, Chuck FriesProductions, Paramount Television and MGM Television.Most recently, Mr. Goldsmith was GM of the IPTV initiatives for DAVE Networks, leading content licensing andaggregation initiatives with Hewlett-Packard, as well as developing business in Social Networking.
