A problem and issues analysis workshop service, designed as a knowledge-transfer delivered in one day, aiming to enable those attending to use the same approach in their own activities (from audit to strategy to solution and information architecture).

This workshop includes concepts described in two other books that I published on Amazon and can be read for free online here on Slideshare:

and

You can always find the (free) edition of my business books on http://www.slideshare.net/robertolofaro (sometimes full books, sometimes key chapters useful for your own publishing, consulting, training and overall change activities).

The (low price, of course!) printed and Kindle versions are available on http://astore.amazon.com/getarothewor-20

Aim: spread ideas, and collect feed-back (visit my profile http://www.linkedin.com/in/robertolofaro)

Are You Ready for Change? - Workshop presentation and concept

  1. 1. Contact information: http://www.facebook.com/rureadychange Twitter: @rureadychange Email: rureadychange@robertolofaro.com This new service is based on a management brainstorming/workshop approach that I developed and used since the early 1980s, e.g. in business on DSS and to support startups, or on audit and programme facilitation/management. The service is built around mind-mapping and two books that I published in October and November 2013 on Slideshare and Amazon+Kindle, focused on change. After an initial presentation of the method using the method itself, a first “dry run” will be done in the morning using business social networking as a case study, to be followed in the afternoon by a further case (selected after reviewing the profile of those scheduled to attend). Each workshop session will be delivered as a “fixed price” activity, and will require the availability of a room with projection devices. Customer-specific workshops can designed, e.g. to focus on specific activities or business cases (from audit to strategy, to solution/information architecture). As the approach is focused on “knowledge transfer”, to ensure the undivided attention and participation of those attending, no phones, computers, tablets, notes, recording devices, etc. will be allowed. In some cases, an “expenses-only” free trial could be available (subject to approval and further conditions). Each session lasts between 6 and 7 hours- it is suggested to schedule each session during a week-end (e.g. on a Saturday or Sunday, or a public holiday), but obviously it is possible to schedule sessions also during the week. The service can also be customized to deliver sessions as part of commercial engagements and negotiations, or to quickly define the “scope” and feasibility of new activities, services, initiatives involving cultural, organizational, and technological change, e.g. with multidisciplinary or cross-functional teams. The service currently can be delivered in English, French, Italian, while the material is provided only in English. For further information, please contact via Linkedin. To keep receiving information on this service, “like” the page on Facebook or connect via Twitter. (c) Copyright 2013 Roberto Lofaro, http://www.linkedin.com/in/robertolofaro
