  3. 3. SHP (Roland - Newsletter business) <ul><li>Overview: </li></ul><ul><li>Target Roland's email marketing programme - SHP Newsletter business - help improve deliverability and revenue generation. </li></ul>

SHP (Roland - Newsletter business) <ul><li>Background: </li></ul><ul><li>Adestra/MessageFocus (ESP) for newsletters. </li></ul><ul><li>Subs collected from the website. </li></ul><ul><li>Wyvern to distribute newsletters using data they receive from the website/adestra. </li></ul><ul><li>Issue : inability to access the database (subs/unsubs). This should be resolved when the 'Wyvern' contract expires. </li></ul>
