Manager, Diversity and Inclusion - Employee Relations Consumer Finance North America – Citigroup <ul><li>Key player in a culture change intervention impacting 13,000 employees regionally (Dallas) to increase cultural awareness through strategic diversity related programs and activities designed to expose employees to an array of cultural experiences. </li></ul><ul><li>Increased cultural competencies of senior and midlevel managers with classroom-led diversity management instruction; 90% completion rate (320 graduates) in first year, with an objection of 100% completion in two years. </li></ul><ul><li>Deployed web-based online learning strategy to increase diversity awareness and competencies of all non-exempt employees. This was a bilateral plan with a 3-year delivery forecast. </li></ul>

Manager, Diversity and Inclusion - Employee Relations Consumer Finance North America – Citigroup <ul><li>Co-developed and implemented comprehensive diversity council model comprised of components that are both employee and businesses driven; designed to leverage cross-company resources for increased organizational development and community branding. </li></ul><ul><li>Credited with contributing to the successful launch and management of employee resource groups (ERG’s/affinity groups) designed to allow employees the opportunity to learn more about the company’s diverse employee and customer cultures. </li></ul>

Manager, Diversity and Inclusion - Employee Relations Consumer Finance North America – Citigroup <ul><li>Develop and facilitate workshops on employee resource group development and strategies for continued grown and sustainability. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop and facilitate workshops for the Texas Diversity Conference (2004 – Present) that focuses on the less discussed or recognized aspect of inclusion: Obesity, Middle Eastern & Indian Cultures, Gender Identity/Expression, Sexual Orientation, and HIV/AIDS. </li></ul>
