大家好，我是马克西姆，我是易空海的创建(chu�ngji�n)人，也是CEO，很高兴在这里见到大家。�

我想和大家分享(fēnxiǎng)一下我的心得，希望对大家有帮助。
这里有没有人发布过一个gem或plugin？请举手(jǔshǒu)？或者参与过？有没有人不知道怎么发布(fāb�)？
我到国外去参加一些会议的时候，和一些ruby fan交流，他们对中国的ruby开发者和项目不是很了解，但是今天，我们这里有超过300个ruby fan，这是一个很好的社区(sh�qū)，但是我们的联系还不够紧密(jǐnm�)，我们需要更多更好的联系和创新(chu�ngxīn)

这里是github的浏览者(li�lǎnzhě)的来源(l�iyu�n)举例(jǔl�).

但是中国的人口是美国(měigu�)的四倍(s�b�i)！

所以我想说，发布你的代码，更多的合作，更多的参与。�如果你看了其他人的代码，你可以学的更多更快，可以被越来越多的人认识，闻名世界(w�nm�ngsh�j�e)。世界因为你，变的越来越小。

在这种精神(jīngsh�n)的鼓励(gǔl�)下，你可以想象我们在易空海是如何(r�h�)工作的。在易空海，我们努力尝试(ch�ngsh�)合作的方式，比如，结队编程(ji�du�biānch�ng) （Pair Programming），一个在写代码，一个在观察(guānch�)，他们一起讨论(tǎol�n)并且(b�ngqiě)决定(ju�d�ng)如何(r�h�)进行(j�nx�ng)下一步。

还有你应该了解的scrum的工作方法，有多少人听说过？

scrum是一种使用agile软件开发的互动(h�d�ng)的、渐进(ji�nj�n)的项目管理方法。scrum很容易入门(r�m�n)因为你并不需要在开始全部都完成，你可以一步一步的实现。基本上，你会使用sprint来明确(m�ngqu�)你的工作任务(r�nwu), burn-down chart来帮你估计(gūj�)项目的时间。
