One Sided Lower Back Pain - Presentation Transcript
One sided Lower Back Pain-4 Reasons for why you may have Lower Back Pain
For years I have had intermittent lower back pain, normally down the left side of my
back. I must have had every test possible carried out before realizing it is caused before
discovering there are several causes for onside lower back pain
Irritable Bowel Syndrome or IBS
IBS, a well documented condition, can cause lower back pain. Conversely back problems
can cause symptoms similar to IBS. Problems within the intestines cause muscle spasms
which result in the muscles of the back pulling to one side and placing additional stain on
the back joints
Kidney Stones
The pain from a suspected kidney stone, from personal experience has been described to
the nearest a man will every feel to giving birth. The pain can start with a slow grumbling
pain and quickly accelerate to a massive jolt of pain within the lower back. When I
experienced the pain it hit so hard, fast and unexpectedly that I actually fainted. Luckily
doctors can quickly test for symptoms of kidney stones should you exhibit lower back
pain
Lower Back Problems
The most common cause. Miss alignments, imbalances or even degeneration of muscle
and bone structure. The body constantly tries to achieve equilibrium and compensates for
pain and discomfort. As the pain changes the changes effected by the body do not change
as quickly resulting in pain.
Muscle Imbalances
The muscele structure of the body performs two main functions, allowing for movement
and providing support. If an area is stressed or in pain over time the body re aligns
muscles groups differently to compensate for pain. Often muscles which normally mirror
each other such as those on each side of the back get out of line
Curing Muscle Imbalance
Muscle Imbalance can be treated using several methods for example, acupuncture and
osteopathy. The cure the imbalance takes different techniques that re train the body and
re align the muscles.
After suffering for years from back pain I have solved the problem using simple
techniques.
For example, if you often wake up on a morning with an aching lower back it is probably
caused by you back arching while you sleep. Try placing 2 pillows under your knees and
one either side of you when you are going to sleep. The pillows either side will stop you
rolling onto your side. The pillows under your knees will cause your lower back to drop
so it is flat against the mattress and take the pressure off your spine.
Put an end to the suffering like I did and CLICK HERE for more information or visit
