Bulging Disc Some Treatment Options Available To Take Away The Pain - Presentation Transcript

    1. Bulging Disc? Some Treatment Options Available to Take Away the Pain. If you have a bulging disk the pain seems to take over your life.Excruciating and painful nobody seems to understand unfortunately medical science does not seem to offer many solutions that actually work. If you take action yourself you can make a dramatic difference and help with your bulging disk pain. The approach that Modern medicine takes. Medication is offered to take away the pain. In effect treating the symptoms not the cause. Such medication comes with a price causing drowsiness and more worryingly as pain is a signal of something is not right can result in more damage as the pain is masked. Unfortunately, this comes with its own set of side effects, including sleepiness, decreased reaction time, and even addiction. Physio may also be offered, again treating the symptoms not the cause. A Different Approach- Step one Identify the problem A bulging disc normally results from a muscle imbalance. The muscles of the back and surrounding areas are incredibly strong and can pull bones and ligaments out of alignment. Finding a way to address these imbalances offers a long term solution not just a quick fix Conventional Approaches When you have a bulging disc, because the pain is so overbearing you will try anything suggested by a doctor. One of the most excruciating experiences I have ever had was traction suggested by a private medical scheme doctor. No effect whatsoever. But it was the normal suggested approach for back pain. I decided to embark on a search for some better solutions.
    2. So what to do? If we work on the basis that we treat the cause not the symptom then, having checked with our doctor that we do actually have a bulging disc and that the pain is not as a result of some other ailment then a self help approach is the only one left open to us. Try a few simple methods at the early stages to reduce the pain of a bulging disk. • Several times a day lie flat on the floor and simply relax. • Do not sit down for long periods-get up and walk around. • If you are carrying extra weight around the waist loose some • Stop Smoking • Stop drinking coffee • Take a short walk every day There are many more methods I have found... Well my friend I know what it is like to endure from back pain. I did for years before solving the problem. A nagging ache which sometimes progressed to a full blown throb, taking over my life and making me unhappy. There are more methods I used but there isn't enough space here to list them. Stop the throbbing pain and forget about your back click the link to learn more and get help with a Bulging Disk or visit http://stopmyachesandpains.com
