    1. Back Pain-Is it Destroying Your Life? "Computer Back?" - 6 Easy Ideas to Reprogram Your Back Are you on your back again? Back seized up, a twinge a pain a dull ache? It is incredible how a small muscle twinge starts to ruin your life. You are not alone. Millions go through the same experience every day. You are feeling what has become known as "Computer Back" The symptoms consist of some or all of the following: • All goes well for months and your back feels fine • Your back locks or twinges and you freeze. • Sometimes you can't stand up and if you can you are bent at an awkward angle. • Staying still seems the most comfortable thing to do and any movement causes some pain. • It can last for a day a few days or over a week. Some Suggestions that will help Stretch every chance you get. Stand up at least every 30 minutes even if your back is feeling ok.If possible work standing up. If it is your business and you have full control over your working environment consider raising your desk and working in a standing position. Movement and stretching are key ways of re programming your back. Try and drink one gallon (8 pints) of water a day. Fill a water bottle and take 20 gulps every 30 minutes while you work. The water helps flush toxins out of your body. Drinking so much water will result in more frequent trips to the toilet= more movement! Place a tennis ball on the floor then lie on it so that the ball presses on the location of the pain. Te ball will gently massage the pain area. Buy a decent chair that supports the lower back. As best you can stay in shape. The regular movement, drinking fresh water and some light exercise such as walking will cause some weight loss, all of which helps your back.
    2. Become more aware of your back and how it works. This makes you more conscious of problems occurring should you try and use your back badly. Sit Properly. Legs uncrossed and feet flat on the ground. and a Bonus Tip Lie on the floor for at least 5 minutes every day with a pillow or a few books placed under your knees this allows the lower spine to drop and straighten. The Bottom Line Well my friend I know what it feels like to suffer from back pain. I did for years before solving the problem. A nagging ache which sometimes progressed to a full blown throb, taking over my life and making me miserable. There are more methods I used but there isn't enough space here to list them.
