    1. 6 Simple Exercises to Help With Lower Back Pain - The Secret to Fixing Your Back When your suffering from lower back pains it is possible to just rest and the problem seems to slip away, however the pain simply re occurs why because the back is weakened and needs to be strengthened.. The back has not been allowed to heal and simply reverts back to a pain situation when the issues causing the pain build up again. Most Doctors and therapists advise that you undertake some form of exercise to strengthen your back. This together with looking at the causes of lower back pain will hopefully alleviate the problem and stop it reoccurring. There are some simple common exercises that most people can make use of to alleviate back pain and stop your back aching. 1. Arm Rotations Stand with both arms out to the side and rote 5 times clockwise then ante clockwise. The key is to do it slowly. Do this at the beginning of your exercises and at the end as a warm up/cool down. 2. Build your backs strength The key here, as anyone with a bad back will know is low impact. Avoid jarring your back. Gentle walking for up to 30 minutes or 30 minutes in a swimming pool simply floating or water walking will have a huge benefit. 3. Wall squats Stand with your back against a wall. Arms extended in front of you. Slide slowly down the wall until you are in a sitting position then slowly raise your arms until the backs of the palms are pressing against the wall above your head. Slide slowly up into a standing position. Do this as many times until you can do 30 of these each session.
    2. 4. Limb Lifts Lie flat on the floor and slowly lift each limb about 6 inches off the floor and hold for a count of 5. Do each limb slowly one by one. Then both legs together and then both arms together 5. Squats Hold on to the edge of desk or table and bend your knees. Keep your back straight as possible and lower down as low as possible. The key as always do it slowly. Then raise yourself up into an upright position. Repeat the entire sequence three times. 6. Lie Flat At the end of the exercises, if possible ie flat on the floor and relax for 2 minutes. Your body will naturally re align your spine to some extent which will greatly alleviate the problem. There are many other easy steps you can take to help your back and stop your back aching. However, before starting an exercise program check with your Doctor. Well my friend I know what it is like to endure from back pain. I did for years before solving the problem. A nagging ache which sometimes progressed to a full blown throb, taking over my life and making me unhappy. There are more methods I used but there isn't enough space here to list them.
