  2. 2. Metodologi1. Laporan ini disusun berdasarkan hasil monitoring tanggal 13 Juli 20092. Dalam laporan ini diulas rancangan menurut konsultan dan dibandingkan dengan proposal kontraktor, serta kondisi terakhir berdasarkan kunjungan lapangan.3. Kunjungan lapangan tidak sampai melakukan pengujian detail di lapangan terhadap hasil kerja, tetapi hanya meminta informasi dari presentasi, preview sistem secara sekilas, dan kunjungan fisik ke data center.4. Hasil monitoring ini belum didasarkan hasil interview langsung ke pengguna sistem.

Penjelasan• Pada laporan ini diuraikan indikasi kemajuan kegiatan dengan warna sebagai berikut: – Hijau: Menunjukkan bahwa sudah ada inisiatif menuju ke arah yang diharapkan dan sudah mulai mendekati harapan dan progress di lapangan cukup signifikan. Dalam angka, diperkirakan progress telah mencapai di atas atau sama dengan 86% – Kuning: Menunjukkan bahwa sudah ada inisiatif menuju ke arah yang diharapkan, tetapi belum mendekati harapan dan progress di lapangan kurang signifikan. Dalam angka, diperkirakan progress yang dicapai antara 51 – 85%, atau kritis – Merah: Menunjukkan bahwa sudah ada inisiatif menuju ke arah yang diharapkan, tetapi masih jauh dari harapan dan progress di lapangan tidak signifikan. Dalam angka, diperkirakan progress yang dicapai baru di bawah atau sama dengan 50%, atau sangat kritis. – Putih: Menunjukkan bahwa belum ada inisiatif menuju ke arah yang diharapkan.
