Core Competencies for Leadership Development<br />Overview<br />Manufacturing Company determined that there was a gap in their talent pool<br />It was determined to identify core competencies to look for in leadership candidates<br />Core competencies were identified and used as a recruiting tool for the organization, both internally and externally<br />Core competencies were incorporated into their Employee Development Dialogue (EDD) which is their performance evaluation tool<br />
