    CVPA Coach puts in request to AD and gets equipment 1-2 years later AD is also a teacher and has very little extra time
  • Conclusions
    • Better facilities = more state championships
    • Higher coaches salaries = more qualified staff
    • Success in athletics is measured by…..
        • State championships?
        • College scholarships for athletes?
        • Reputation of program?
        • No matter how you measure it, money = success
