LG Parameters<br />Do not use the LIFE Group to sow division or a negative spirit in RLCC.<br />Do not use the LIFE Group to make or borrow money unless authorized by the MAP Team.<br />Do not use the LIFE Group to propagate teachings contrary to our beliefs, convictions, values, and philosophy.<br />
  36. 36. Role of the LG Leader<br />Help the LIFE Group begin well.<br />Facilitate the LIFE Group meetings and/or activities.<br />Help the group assimilate new members and send out old members.<br />
  37. 37. Role of the LG Leader<br />Help the group hold each member accountable in fulfilling the LG Promise, Parameters, and Process of Discipline.<br />Report to the MAP Team concerning the progress or problems of the LG.<br />Help the LIFE Group evaluate and improve itself regularly.<br />

Other Roles in the LIFE Group<br />Secretary – records the journey of the LG<br />Treasurer – handles the money of the LG<br />Timekeeper – keeps the LG informed of the time<br />Worship Leader – leads worship during LG meeting or activity<br />Venue Coordinator – prepares the place or venue for the LG meeting or activity<br />F&B Coordinator – prepares food and beverage for the LG meeting or activity<br />Other roles – as decided and defined by the LG<br />
