    1. Welcome to The LEAD Summit Developing servant leaders to fulfill the vision of communityship
    2. What is LEAD?
      • LEAD means “Leadership Empowerment and Development” Program.
      • LEAD aims to develop qualified servant leaders who can lead various ministries so that our PLANT strategy can be fulfilled.
        • P reach the Gospel
        • L ead seekers to genuine conversion
        • A ssimilate believers into the body of Christ
        • N urture believers into faithful disciples.
        • T rain servant leaders and deploy them.
    3. Who can apply?
      • Must be an active and faithful attendee in RLCC for at least three months prior to application.
      • Must be willing to submit to the upper leadership of the church without any reservations.
      • Must be willing to go through training including initial internship in evangelism and discipleship.
      • Must be willing to submit to PDA.

      For as long as you stay within the heart of RLCC, and you have a team with you, you have our permission to do what you believe God wants you to do. However, we reserve the right to intervene whenever necessary and if we believe that God would want us to do so.

        • Knows and understands the Gospel as well as the foundations of the faith (Heb 6:1-3).
        • Is truly converted and filled with the Holy Spirit.
        • Is a faithful Covenant Member.
        • Practices godly HABITS
        • Is submissive to upper leadership
    42. Requirements for Level 2 Promotion
      • In terms of Competence
        • Can receive, retain, and recall new information either personally or with others.
        • Can notice problems before they are noticed by others, analyze them, think of creative solutions, make firm decisions and act accordingly.
        • Can share personal testimony, visit & care for individuals, and counsel and/or disciple them.
        • Can initiate relationships and develop them.
    43. Requirements for Level 2 Promotion
      • In terms of Commitment
        • Is committed to the strategy of seeking the lost, preaching the Gospel to them, leading them to genuine conversion, and assimilating them into the body of Christ.
        • Can make time for the following:
          • Practice the HABITS
          • Attend Worship Celebrations (SWC or FNH) and Summits
          • Lead a Small Group
          • Meet with the leadership core
          • Minister to/mentor individuals
          • Receive mentoring/training

        • Is submissive to upper leadership
        • Has the attitude of a faithful disciple and ministry worker.
    48. Requirements for Level 3 Promotion
      • In terms of Competence
        • Can understand, explain into own words, and apply new information either personally or with others.
        • Can understand, appreciate, take ownership of, and implement plans and strategies coming from the senior leadership.
        • Can lead and develop a small group.
        • Can maintain relationships and deepen them.
    49. Requirements for Level 3 Promotion
      • In terms of Commitment
        • Is committed to the strategy of assimilating believers, nurturing them in the faith, and training servant leaders.
        • Can make time for the following:
          • Fulfill the commitments of a Level 2 Leader
          • Prepare for teaching/preaching
    50.
