PAYMENTS  Deposit of $300 non refundable required to secure spot on trip  Final payment due 65 days prior to departure CANCELLATION CONDITIONS  Cancel outside 65 days prior to departure – lose $300 deposit  Cancel within 65 days prior to departure – lose $300 deposit and up to 100% of land costs, airline refund as decided by airline depending on time of cancellation etc.  The importance of buying insurance as soon as you have booked!
