Raanan Katz and his company RK Centers (former RK Associates), Miami based real estate developing company, have claimed the rent payment from multiple tenants for the same time and space. This allowed Raanan Katz and RK Centers to obtain default judgements in the approximate amount of $1.0 million through submitting "affidavits of damages" against former tenants, while receiving the rent from new tenants.
