    Main reason being financial sustainability issues

    CEO responsible for a range of operational activity including bidding and business development, that detract from focusing on strategic development, growth and organisational management. Volunteers fill a lot gaps, creating their own risks.

    This structure will allow the organisation to function in a more stable form that will allow the CEO and management team to move the organisation forward. It will also provide a better platform for growth, and addition of new resources as planned revenue and profit streams come good. The coloured blocks represent the gaps in resource that represent risk. Volunteers are helping here, but they cannot be relied on in the long term. Yellow = Resources immediately needed. The business development resource needs to support strategic brand development, fund raising campaigns and engagement with Corporate CSR and media sources. The marketing and sales resource would perform a more admin role and focus on raising ongoing Radio advertising, events, and stakeholder communications. Red = Resource in danger. The inclusion of radio as another channel for address youth social exclusion plays a significant role in the new direction and quality of social outcomes for the charity. Safe guarding this resource is crucial to growth.

    Legal advice needed. The trading arm would look to grow with niche brands to address different services – BANG Training, BANG Consulting etc.
