  • Magandang araw po. magtatanong lang po aq kasi may kapit bahay aq na nangupahan sa isang paupahan dito sa lugar namin, pero dala ng pagkakataon dumanas sila ng sobrang pagsubok at dumating sa puntong di na sya makabayad ng upa dahil walang wala talaga sila, gayon pa man ang may ari ng paupahan ng nasabing bahay ay hindi residente ng aming lugar almost 20years nya na rin itong pinauupahan ask q lang po may karapatan bang ipadlock ang baranggay ang bahay na paupahan habang andoon pa rin ung nagungupahan. at ung may ari ay nakatira sa subdivission. maraming salamat po.

Where is the venue? • If both parties are residents of the same barangay, before the lupon of the barangay. • Different barangays but in the same municipality, in the barangay of the respondent. • If real property is involved, in the place of real property. • If it involves work, in the place of work.
