Hence, they are useful for sick andworthless for quick energy and heat.• Fruits provide minerals in the body. Dried fruits such as apricots, raisins,dates are rich in calcium and iron. Some fruits like custard apple makecalcium up to 800 mg per fruit which is sufficient to meet mineralrequirement of the body.
