  • @riverguardian Welcome :) I still sit entirely too much when I have a day off, though! :P A standing desk might help that. I guess a tall bar stool could help if I wanted a standing desk that could be converted when I'm tired.

    There's a word or two missing there on slide 5.

    What do you suggest for someone who spends 40 hours a week on their feet as a cashier? Concrete floors, even when padded with work mats, are not comfortable and leave me sore at the end of the day. I don't feel physically comfortable standing after that, even in different shoes. I'd like to try a standing desk, but not if it's going to cause further discomfort in my legs and feet after a long day at work!
