    Use words sparingly.
    Lines equal in length
    Slides shouldn’t say everything

    Don’t stray off topic
    Put like subjects together
  • 4. Themes and Transitions
    Be consistent throughout your presentation.
  • 5. Fonts
    Text needs to contrast with background
    Avoid hard to read fonts
    Words in capital letters hard to read
  • 6. Graphics
    • Should balance the slide
    • 7. Help deliver the message
  • Amount of Slides
    Less is better
    Don’t want audience
    to lose interest
  • 8. Accuracy
    Spell check is a must
    There should be a flow to the presentation.
  • 9. That’s a Wrap
    You must present
    Don’t let the PowerPoint talk for you
    Simple, not chaotic
    Stay consistent
    Everything should blend
