  • TORTILLA DE PATATA
  • Ingredients for 4 people
    • • 8 potatos
    • • 1 medium onion
    • • 6 eggs
    • • olive oil
    • • salt
  • First Step
    • Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them in fine slices. Add salt.
    • Cut the onion.
  • Second Step
    • Fry the potatoes with the onion on slow heat, until they be tender and without browning. Strain so that they lose all the oil.
  • Third Step
    • Beat the eggs in a bowl, and add the potatoes and mix well.
    • Put two spoons full of hot oil into the frying pan.
    • Then add the mixture
  • Fourth Step
    • Leave until the omelette jells on one side. Bank up the eggs with a spatula so it doesn't burn.
  • Fifth Step
    • Turn it over with the aid of a dish.
    • Heat well the frying pan and so that the omelette slides easily onto the dish. Then slide it back into the frying pan, make the other side jells.
  • Final presentation
    • Serving hot or cold.

  • I n g r e d i e n t e s
    • 75 grs. de fécula de maizena.
    • 175 grs. de harina.
    • 1 pizca de sal.
    • 4 huevos
    • 2 cucharadas soperas de aceite de oliva.
    • 600 ml. de leche.
  • E l a b o r a c i ó n
    • En una fuente mezclar la harina y la fécula de maizena.
    • Hacer un hoyo en el centro de la mezcla y echar los huevos, el aceite y la sal.
    • La pasta tiene que estar lisa, fluida y homogénea.

    • Batir todo y añadir
    • la leche poco a
    • poco.
    • Déjalo reposar una hora
    • Partir una manzana en cuatro. Pinchamos un trozo, lo rebozamos de mantequilla y lo pasamos por la sartén.

    • En una sartén honda y plana hacemos los frixuelos.
    • Calentamos agua en un cazo y ponemos un plato encima.

    • A medida que se hacen los frixuelos se ponen en el plato para mantenerlos calientes.
    • Se pueden comer con azúcar morena, mermelada, zumo de naranja o rellenos de gambas y bechamel.

    • Ingredients
    • 200g of. flour
    • 50g of butter or oil
    • 1/2 l. of milk
    • 2 spoons of sugar.
    • Salt
    1st Step Mix all the ingredients except the sugar. 2nd Step: Put a little bit of oil or butter into a frying pan and heat it. 3rd Step: Take some of this mixture and fry it in the frying pan, ,wait about 30 seconds and turn it over . 4th Step: Cover with sugar while is hot. Steps
  • CHURROS RECIPE
  • Ingredients
    • 1 cup all purpose flour.
    • 1 cup water.
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    • oil for deep frying.
    • powdered sugar for dusting .
  • INSTRUCTIONS
    • Heat water, and salt until it is boiling in 3-quart saucepan .
    • Stir in flour .
    • Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about one minute; remove from heat .
    • Spoon mixture into cake decorators' tube with large star tip .
    • Squeeze 4-inch strips of dough into hot oil.
    • Fry 3 or 4 strips at a time until golden brown, turning once, about 2 minutes on each side .
    • Drain on paper towels.
    • Add sugar or jam or golden syrup

  • Ingredientes Ingredients Sal / salt Carne picada / mince Huevos / eggs Pimienta negra black pepper Ajos / garlic Cebolla/ onion
  • Pasos para elaborar las hamburguesas/ Steps
    • Ponemos la carne en el plato./ Put the meat on a plate.
    • Limpiamos los dientes de ajo y la cebolla y lo picamos todo./ Peel and dice the garlic and onion together.
    • Mezclamos la carne picada con los huevos, la sal y la pimienta negra./ Mix the mince meat with the eggs, salt and black pepper.
  • Elaboración / Elaboration
    • Hacemos bolitas con la mezcla y las “aplastamos”./ Form balls 2 inches in diameter and squash them
    • Ponemos a calentar aceite en una sartén./ Heat the oil in a frying pan
    • Lo freímos todo bien para que no quede crudo./ Fry the hamburgers right through
    • ¡Listas para comer!/ Ready to eat!
