William Wright - Director Business Development

James W. Willet - Business Manager
American Vascular Access LLC., would like to take this opportunity to announce the hiring of James W. Willet,Business
Manager. Mr. Willet comes to American Vascular Access with 13 years of medical sales and sales management ex-
perience. Jim has been a Physician partner and JV developer in mobile lithotripsy and open-sided MRI centers. He
is a former National Director of Sales/Marketing for Ivy Ventures LLC. He brings with him extensive out patient sales
and marketing experience. In addition, Jim served his country for 12 years as a Marine Corps officer. With all of this
experience and leadership skills Jim brings a powerhouse of skills to the job. His duties will include identifying and
developing potential markets; coordinating the hiring and placement of Access Center staff, and overseeing the day
to day operations of the Center by working closely with the managers.

The American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology’s annual conference was held at the Grand
America Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah and proved to be a great success. The company was a Gold Sponsor and an
exhibitor this year and was pleased with the number of Nephrologists who are looking toward Intervention as the
future for their practices and most importantly, their patients. “Our goal was to introduce our Nephrology friendly
business model to more Nephrologists, as we did in November 2007 at ASN. We were very well received in Salt
Lake and had the Nephrologists seeking us out to explain our model. I would say that the conference was a huge

The American Society of Nephrology Renal Week 2007 Conference was held at the Moscone Center in San Fran-
cisco, CA and proved to be a great success for American Vascular Access, Inc. The company was an exhibitor for
the first time this year and was pleased with the number of Nephrologists who are looking towards Interven�on as
the future for their practices and most importantly, their patients. “Our goal in exhibiting at ASN was to introduce
our team and our Nephrology friendly business model. Both were very well received. Overall I would say that the
