REMODELING OF TQM IMPLEMENTATION SYSTEMS As an outcome of more than a decade of continuous research and innovation, institutional leadership, professional and institutional development, and working closely with responsive institutions in Nepal and abroad, I have derived three new models for promoting institutions by injecting in them with total quality management (TQM) process climate.
