B. REDD/AD track Goals: Ensure that multi-stakeholder national REDD/avoided deforestation committees (with representation from IPs, local communities, NGOs and academia) become the instrument for developing goals, benefit structure, monitoring and control systems for avoiding deforestation. Ensure that comprehensive national plans (not projects) become the level of action.
