    We offer strategic IT staffing services using the Global Delivery Model - onsite, offshore and offsite. This involves forming and managing a pool of specialized multi-disciplinary resources that can be deployed readily to onsite, offshore or offsite delivery centres, as per project requirements.

    Contract Staffing
    With Contract Services, Rigel Solutions LLC. and the CLIENT agree on an hourly bill rate and an expected
    duration of the contract. Once the contract is started, Rigel Solutions LLC, handles human resource functions
    including payroll generation, distribution, payroll tax withholding, state and federal reporting requirements
    and employer related insurance administration.
    Contract to Hire
    With Contract-to-Hire Services, Rigel Solutions LLC. and the company agree on an hourly bill rate and the
    duration of the Contract period after which the consultant becomes a regular employee of the Enterprise
    (after paying the transfer fee/ conversion fee)
