    We found the store to be a little boring because of its dull lighting – less of white light used

    Brand colours, green and red (Green- information, Red- Promotion)
    Color co-ordination & monotony breaking

    Use of toned spot lights to highlight fruits and vegetables
    Magazines section brightly lit
    Dark blue lighting in electronics area to improve picture resolution
    Pinkish light for the butchery to give healthy look to products

    High ceilings, wide aisle and white tile to expand the space

  • 10. Recommendations
    Lighting – Has to be brighter
    More reflection points should be created
    Color co-ordination - green, white and red – was dull
    Can create signage on the floor to create excitement
    A small play area can be created in the toy section
    Music to create mood
    Refrigerated section is too cold hence consumer hurry along and do not linger
    Over activity in terms of promotion signage
