6. Karl Lindekugel III, CIMA®, CRPC®, Wealth
Management Advisor
Senior Vice President – Wealth Management
Karl is a 32 year veteran of Merrill Lynch and was a founding
Financial Advisor of the Tyler office in 1979. He is a PIA
Program Portfolio Manager and has earned the Certified
Investment Management AnalystSM (CIMA®) designation. Karl
has served on the Advisory Council to Management for the
Texas Region of Merrill Lynch.
Karl received a BBA in Finance and Management from Stephen
F. Austin State University. He and his wife, Glenda, have two
children and are active at Pollard United Methodist Church and
SFASU Foundation.

7. Ken Lackner, CFM, CRPC®, Wealth Management
Advisor
Senior Vice President – Wealth Management
Ken has 20 years of investment and financial management
experience with Merrill Lynch. He has earned the Chartered
Retirement Planning CounselorSM designation. Ken is a past
member of the Advisory Council to Management for the
Merrill Lynch Life Insurance Group. He has a BA in
Communications from Stephen F. Austin State University
with a second major in Economics/Finance and a minor in
Political Science.
Ken has held leadership roles in the local chapter of the
American Heart Association as well as the Tyler Area
Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife, Melisa, have two
children and are active members of Pollard United Methodist
Church.

8. Scott Terry, CFP®, CIMA®, CRPC®, Wealth Management
Advisor
Senior Vice President - Wealth Management
Scott has 30 years of investment and financial services experience. Prior
to joining Merrill Lynch in 1997, he worked for Bank of America in the
Commercial Lending Group for seventeen years. Scott is a Certified
Financial PlannerTM certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified
Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He has also earned the
Certified Investment Management AnalystSM and Chartered Retirement
Planning CounselorSMdesignations. Although he does not offer tax
advice in his current role, Scott has worked previously as a Certified
Public Accountant.
Scott earned a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University. He and his
wife, Terry, have four children and are active in the Cathedral of the
Immaculate Conception, the Tyler Catholic School System, and other
local charities.

9. Gary Miller, CFM,CRPC®, Wealth Management Advisor
First Vice President - Wealth Management
Gary has 20 years of investment and financial services related
experience. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 2000, he provided
estate planning, insurance, and financial services through Mass
Mutual Financial Group in Tyler. He has also earned the
Certified Financial Manager designation, which is an internal
Merrill Lynch self-study curriculum based on a variety of wealth
management topics and a course exam.
Gary has a BA in Business from Stephen F. Austin State
University. He serves the community through involvement with
Tyler Junior College, Christian Homes and Family Services, as
well as others. Gary and his wife, Dorota, have two children and
attend Glenwood Church of Christ.

10. Janis Bullard
Registered Senior Client Associate
Janis has been with Merrill Lynch for 29 years and is Series 7
and 66 licensed. She handles account administration, client
relations, orders and is a Client Associate mentor. She has been
active with the District Advisory Council to Management and has
received the Employee of the Year award. She actively
participates in the American Cancer Relay for Life. Janis and her
husband, Tim, live in the Walton Community. They have four
sons, and six grandchildren.

11. Johnna Young
Registered Senior Client Associate
Johnna has been with Merrill Lynch for 11 years. She is
Series 7 and 66 licensed. She handles account
administration, transfer requests, and client relations. She
received her BBA in Finance and Marketing from Texas
Christian University. She is a member of the TCU Alumni
Association, Kappa Alpha Theta Alumni, and attends St.
Luke’s United Methodist Church in Kilgore. Johnna and
her husband, Tim, have one child and live in White Oak.

12. Le’Anne Southerland
Registered Senior Client Associate
Le’Anne has been with Merrill Lynch for 4 years. She is
Series 7 and 66 licensed. She handles client relations,
banking administration, seminar planning, and other
marketing areas. She has a BBA in Marketing from Baylor
University as well as an MBA in Business Administration
from the University of Texas at Tyler. Le’Anne is a member
of the Baylor University Alumni Association, the Golden
Wave Band Alumni Association, and participates with the
Girl Scouts of America. She and her husband, Daniel, are
members of Green Acres Baptist Church.

13. Suzanne Snavely
Registered Senior Client Associate
Suzanne joined Merrill Lynch in 2010 and has more than 25
years of experience in the financial services industry. In her role
as a relationship manager, Suzanne focuses on offering proactive
client service, building client relationships, preparing client
reviews and efficiently handling account maintenance tasks.
Suzanne earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Southern
Methodist University in Dallas,Texas, and remains involved
with her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. She has three children,
Caroline, Lane and Trey.

14. Misty Francis
Client Associate
Misty joined Merrill Lynch in 2011 with 28 years of
experience working with Bank of America, most recently
serving as a Senior Personal Banker, Assistant Vice
President. She focuses on providing administrative support
in all phases of client service, including experience in
banking resources. Her commitment to building client
relationships and her proactive approach to client service
are a reflection of The LMT Wealth Management Group’s
dedication to clients. Misty and her husband, Eddie, reside
in Tyler, Texas, with their two children, Aston and Logan.
