Rather, a leader is one who is able to affect positive change for the betterment of others, the community, and society. All people, in other words, are potential leaders….

Leadership Expectations • Possess knowledge of various leadership theories and identify with the associated characteristics • Have the ability to work with others • Influence, motivate and enable yourself and others to meet desired objectives • Develop a vision of the future and identify the impact of your decisions leading to your vision
