A way to engage Cleveland’s youth in an environmental movement
All high schools in the Cleveland area will be invited to form volunteer teams of at least two students and one adult
Each Saturday and over school vacations teams
would exchange CFL’s for incandescent bulbs
New Orleans model would be basis for Cleveland
Goal to change out 200,000 bulbs! Potential environmental savings: 82 million pounds of CO2 75 million KWH $9 million savings on electric bills (remember one main cause of poverty is lack of money!)

Source of 200,000 CFL bulbs
