Tecuichpotzin “Isabel” Moctezuma  Tecuichpotzin was the first born child of the Aztec emperor Moctezuma II and his wife Teotlalco.  Her name is believed to mean “little royal maiden.”  She was born in either 1509 or 1510.  By the year 1520 Moctezuma II and his family were trapped in their capital Tecuichpotzin’s Father, Aztec of Tenochitlan and before his Emperor Moctezuma II . mysterious death he asked Hernan Cortes to assume custody of his first born daughter as well as some other of his children.  Hernan tried to escape with Moctezumas children but Tecuichpotzin and her sisters were Tenochtitlan under attack. caught by the natives.
