Revised Hypothesis (so far)This thesis presents the hypothesis that aninteractive gaming system can be utilized tosolicit ongoing surveyable civic advancementfrom its participants.In contrast to current political organizationalinfrastructure, which allocates limited, andsymbolic, means of participation to its populous,such a hypothesis will prove that a dynamiccivic engagement platform will produceunambiguous results in tangent to traditionalgovernmental operations.
